A divine plan is waiting to be born. That plan was placed within you from the beginning of time. Where you are right now in life didn’t catch God by surprise. Get over yourself. You’re not a failure. If you’re having suicidal thoughts get over your selfishness. Someone needs what only you can provide. God needs you to give birth to His plan in a way that only you can. Take the blessing He placed within you and bless the world with it!
Blinders are the bills, the illnesses, the family drama, and the stresses on the job. They are anything that blinds us to our God ordained purpose in this life and to the overwhelming evidence of His presence in our lives. It takes effort to live in such a way that we behold His Glory on a continual basis. God has hidden Himself in plain view. Let’s strive to remove our blinders to His presence and acknowledge Him and the blessing that He surrounds us in daily.
God is our source….period. Often times when in need we’re “forced” to trust in God and He does the miraculous in our lives. The blessing we prayed for shows up in our lives. Then something equally as amazing happens. We become “blessing blind” and we take the trust we had in God (our source) and begin to trust in the means….the house, the job, the money etc. Be diligent and mindful. Never disconnect from the source. Place your trust in the source of all blessing and leave it there. The source will always supply. The supply cannot be trusted.
Seeking Jesus and becoming more like Him is a never-ending, life long pursuit. The things of God aren’t just plopped down in our laps. If we want to be “disciples indeed“, the truths revealed in God’s Word must be pursued. Countess times in scripture we see verses that talk about the benefits of seeking after God. Victorious Christian living is not the default result of being born again. If we want to see the hand of God move mightily in our lives, the ways of God and the blessing He has stored up for us must be mined daily.
